The concept for "Day/Night Notes" came out of my desire to be a more organized and less stressed as I wind down every evening and then dive into my next day. Using my art to help inspire a little extra joy and whimsy, "Day/Night Notes" is meant to be a tool to help you clear your busy thoughts and "to-do" items each evening, and then use that list to prioritize your action list for the next day. It is my hope that this notebook will be a tool you can use to not only reduce your stress, but also motivate you throughout your day!
